Parcours & légitimité
Après avoir validé son cursus à l’Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) en 1996, Yves Lange affine son esprit d’analyse au sein du groupe GlaxoSmithKline, tout en poursuivant des études complémentaires à HEC Liège en logistique. C’est en 1998 qu’il prend les rênes du Comptoir Foncier, une maison historique réputée pour son approche sur mesure des domaines d’exception, des massifs forestiers et des terres agricoles.
Aujourd’hui, son quotidien se partage entre l’évaluation de portefeuilles immobiliers complexes et la vente de propriétés bâties de caractère, de terrains agricoles et forestiers. Son adhésion à l’Institut Professionnel des Agents Immobiliers (IPI) et sa certification par la Chambre des Experts Immobiliers de Belgique (Cibex) témoignent d’un engagement déontologique strict et d’une méthodologie d’expertise reconnue par les tribunaux et les institutions financières.
